I was kicked off their platform for asking for support I wouldn t recommend for production sites endless issues and when I asked for help on discord I was told to Go to Vercel and I have a printscreen and obviously chat logs on Discord of this When I questioned that response I was banned from Discord well done Railway I was a week from signing up to the business class package

Very unreliable and unpredictable service - be prepared
Initially I ve got a nice experience liked the user interface and the possibility to use their services for educative purposes Until I was kicked out of my plan without any notice in advance by a falsy excuse their email was saying that the plan will sunset on 1st of August 2023 though de-facto they stopped services on 1st of July They behave like real terrorists trying to forcefully squeeze you out of your current plan to a paid one Sadly but this is how unreliable business does - they promise you one thing then they change the conditions as they want I will avoid them at all costs

Worst service
The worst service in my journey no any facility provided eg wifi entertainment display not working and staff providing meal he not confirmed to passenger you have not booked meal in the reservation you have to pay chargeable basis very expensive meal other than restaurant very bad experience in my hole journey

Terrible Customer Service At least I think so
I can t confidently say if Railway app has good or bad customer service as their customer service is impossible to get hold of I need help verifying my account and can t get any sort of response from anyone They point you towards their discord but guess what a verified account is needed This along with their recent price hikes means I would avoid

no billing support or data privacy
Railway app Review It has a serious issue with billing and privacy yes for paying customers Before you even open an account check their support forum and discord channel Also check the reviews here Support DOES NOT exist at all They claim that Billing Support it s a Premium Service it must be the right of a paying customer Even as a paying customer you get ZERO billing support They want you to ask for BILLING help in a forum as if anyone would be so naive to consult billing matters with a stranger But that is not the worst part If you post any questions in their support forum you get bombarded by so called community moderators who immediately tell you are 100 wrong because then claim that as community moderators they have access to your data and billing How do the GDPR and Privacy Laws work here The community moderators arrogance and ignorance make you wonder how is Railway App still in business Save yourself a really bad experience and use another company They may have been one of the few hosting companies in 2023 but that is not the case now Don t let community moderators access your projects and billing info and stay away Clue for Railway management Use a chatbot at least your company does not have to be destroyed by the rude community moderators who claim to have access to private user data

deleted all my stuff because i didn t read the instructions porperly then faced the consequencesdeleted my account but my billing info was still in the team project visible to my friend who was working on project before everything was deleted from itasked for removal of billing info not under my control but got ignored bad
