I going dispute for nearly 3 monthsDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY

Disgusting company in my experience I purchased some bra s with 3 for 2 offer and made a payment of 25 74 This was advertised as a UK company which offered a 30 day money back guarantee When I eventually received the package the items were so small that they may not have even fitted a 10 year old child no exaggeration I have tried to request a refund and was offered 2 00 Disgusted by this I declined and stated I wanted a full refund and would return the items I was then told it would be too expensive to return the items and instead they offered me 5 00 I think will need to check that on the email I queried their money back policy noted I had contacted them in plenty of time and requested a return address I was told I could not return to the address on the delivery label as it was shipped from somewhere else I asked for the return address which they provided Turns out it was shipped from China not UK as advertised I spent 12 50 on postage to return this useless low quality rubbish and have still not received a refund I have contacted them many times and explained they have advertised falsely denied refunds despite a 30 day money back guarantee and are clearly not an honest genuine company I m sure false advertising is illegal FOR ANYONE WHO MAY READ THIS PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

Looks like a scam to me It looked like l paid 22 4 when in fact they charged my card 26 7 Contacted them waiting for reply Surely it is illegal

I ordered the Automatic Cloth Changing Mini MopBlue Regular 71cm 27 9in Washcloth It arrived damaged I ask for a replacement sent a photo and video to show the problem Without using the word liar they said there was nothing wrong with it will not refund me or replace the item Awful company DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

I bought a dog coat with harness attached After two or three weeks of use they parted company and I had to grab my dog falling in the process When I asked for a refund they said I had to send the product back first which would cost me more than the dog coat I was offered a fiver in compensation if I didn t want to send it back I sent pictures in the beginning so they could see what happened I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THESE AGAIN

100 Buyer Beware Worst company ever Ordered as per their size chart - nowhere near correct sizing Contacted them and they said they could tell from a picture that it was correct - amazing eh They said return to China and provide tracking for a refund yet it was sent from the UK Totally ignored after questioning that PayPal don t refund because the company say they will refund I will have lost further money by sending something tracked to China that will mysteriously never arrive so I will take the hit on their substandard cheap rubbish that is useless Hopefully this review will prevent someone else from the same fate

Total Scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Firstly they give no mention of the VAT they add on when you pay and they use Paypal friends and family so you have no claim from Paypal after they have conned you I bought some metal guides and it was advertised as 17 but after paying it changed to over 20 The item eventually arrived but only 1 side was supplied it was meant to be for both sides of the cooker to stop the ingress of dirt I complained and said i need the other side and all i continually got was please check your packaging over and over It was a box how much checking does it need They then gave me a tracking number for a replacement and it was false nothing ever arrived They are rip off merchants with cheap chinese junk AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
