Customer service couldn t be bettered with Rainbow I purchased a preformed layout on-line on a Saturday night and received a friendly call on the Monday to arrange delivery It got personally delivered into my house and on to my layout table on Monday evening even left me a tube of modelling glue Great purchase at a good price from a top company 5 performance Thanks guys SExcellent service

Once I discovered I already had an account and then updated my details been a while moved everything was nice and easy There were no problems navigating the website unlike some we won t mention The special edition wagon was ordered Friday morning posted by the end of Friday and arrived the next day Just for once Right Royal Fail managed to do their jobs too The package was supremely well wrapped in lots of bubble wrap and hefty brown paper so it arrived safe and sound
