And after all another annoying detail I ordered two raincoats one blue one that costs 55 00 Euro with a discount and a green that costs 65 00 Euro I kept the blue one and sent the green one back and they charged me the green one Plus ten euros to sent the coat back to Amsterdam I really have to say worst customer service ever And even I like the style I would never order another one

Ignored by customer service

I got the panda smiley rain poncho and was so disappointed to see that in all the white spots it was extremely see-through From the pictures on the website there is no way of knowing how see-through it is and there is nothing written in the description regarding this so it is very misleading I wanted to return it but did not think was is fair that I should pay the postage fees since I would have kept it if the white was not see-through So I wrote the customer service and got completely ignored At a loss I wrote the return email and got a response that ignored most of my message and only gave me an address to return it to I still think it is unacceptable that the poncho is that see through and that I have to pay the fee to get rid of the faulty product and get my money back

Not waterproof

Looks beautiful bought for a beach wedding in case of rain However after the wedding when it was worn it is absolutely useless I paid nearly 60 00 and expected something that would work I have probably only worn it 10 times and water is coming in on the arms Just got home wet cold and miserable My cheap alternative from decathalon has lasted years and cost less than 10 00 don t know if it s a bad batch of fabric Following my complaint I received a second one and this is clearly made from a different fabric which appears more robust It hasn t rained at the right times in manchester for me to tell what the waterproofing is like

Sadly I have to mention that although I ordered deposited the money for the rainkiss poncho on 27th September and i was supposed to receive the parcel within 7 days I haven t received it yet I have sent many emails to the rainkiss shop to sort it out I have also asked for a refund since I haven t received the parcel and they haven t answered I am really disappointed that I trusted nainkiss shop fter lots of emails on Facebook and on their official company email and a delay of 15 days I received my parcel They told me that the shipment to Greece is a bit slow that s why the delay I would like them to answer the emails promptly and without any excuses such as I haven t received your email When we order the products they send us a confirmation email immediately How is it possible not to receive our emails when we ask for clarification

Order never came Six weeks and counting

Ordered was told would be delivered within 5 to 7 days six weeks later still waiting for the order Despite numerous emails messenger messages Facebook messages still not sorted Was told there was problems with delivery services In the end asked for a refund Still waiting for that too

Oversold a design and forgot to tell me so I had to chase for a refund on not received goods

Ordered a poncho on the 16 05 2023 it still has not arrived as of 28 05 2023 so I messaged to ask where it was They replied saying their warehouse had miscounted stock and there were no more in that design available to send out They have now given a refund but the fact that I had to chase a warehousing error on their end to get my refund speaks volumes about customer service

No response

I bought a poncho from Rainkiss in September which I was initially very happy with However upon wearing it I realised it was faulty one of the poppers didn t work I sent an e mail and 6 days later I received a reply that they would send me a replacement and checked my address I responded but heard nothing further That was almost 3 weeks ago and I ve sent 3 further e mails since to check what is happening and have had NO response from the company 02 11 In response to the company s reply I have now e mailed Nikki twice and STILL had no response03 11 Still no response This feels incredibly frustrating now Order number 64301

Despite paying for expedited delivery

Despite paying for expedited delivery 1-2 days at 11 26 item ordered on the 11 11 still hasn t arrived Multiple emails later and I ve received only one reply of sorry something went wrong we ll get back to you tomorrow Needless to say they didn t Putting this review here in the hope I might actually receive some customer service at some point
