UPDATE 01 08 2023 Rainkiss responded to my emails and issued a refund advising of an administrative oversight a week after review due to lack of resolution for 3 months attempted via customer service as per below I have no product review as I never received the product but I am hopeful that they will do as they say they will and I will see my complementary raincoats one day I placed an order on 30 03 2023 which I have not received I enquired where my order is and was told to check with my local carrier My local carrier identified that the item had not left Europe I m not in Europe and I asked Rainkiss for assistance or a refund but they seem to be ignoring my emails and have not responded
