They are working towards improvement

UPDATE 01 08 2023 Rainkiss responded to my emails and issued a refund advising of an administrative oversight a week after review due to lack of resolution for 3 months attempted via customer service as per below I have no product review as I never received the product but I am hopeful that they will do as they say they will and I will see my complementary raincoats one day I placed an order on 30 03 2023 which I have not received I enquired where my order is and was told to check with my local carrier My local carrier identified that the item had not left Europe I m not in Europe and I asked Rainkiss for assistance or a refund but they seem to be ignoring my emails and have not responded

I really wanted to love this and have

I really wanted to love this and have fantasised about buying this expensive poncho for years Finally got it and don t get me wrong I love the recycling aspect and the waterproofing will be useful But this doesn t look like the photos because it is as wrinkled as a walnut Very very wrinkled Wonder how they got it to look so good in the photos Thanks for the reply- I will try your suggestions I did try an iron with steam on low- with a towel on top Then I turned up the heat with the steam and towel but could not get the wrinkles out It will keep me dry though so that s what counts I will try hanging it in the bathroom

Short sleeves not windproof

Got this as a present Nice looking cool design However the one size fits all is not true I m 1 83m 6 ft normally wear a size L The sleeves are too short so my sweater got wet anyway esp on bike rides When it s windy the hood keeps blowing off so more wetness Nice looking fashionable poncho if you re not that tall for drizzly days in the city definitively not suitable for bad weather or outdoor walks bike rides

Delivery was fast and garment is just

Delivery was fast and garment is just as described Really liked the look of it and the size was ok too Took my dog out for a walk for an hour in rain and was happy to finally have a coat that would keep me dry Unfortunately when I took the poncho off I was very wet down my arms and back really disappointed So emailed company straight away and requested a refund They were very quick replying and did offer to replace the poncho I however didn t want to take the chance on another one not working They were brilliant and processed my refund straight away I also didn t have to return the poncho which I will recycle So not sure why my poncho wasn t waterproof and hope it was a one off as this company were very helpful and I still love the look of these garments
