Friendly and helpful customer support BUT

Friendly and helpful customer support but extremely frustrated we have been let down so badly by Raja due to a totally non live stock system and an outage on a key line they are still selling even though they know they don t have any stock of it Pity they don t appreciate that their customers rely on them delivering the goods they were paid for especially when the goods and delivery are more expensive than most Update 15 11 - surprised and relieved to receive the replacement product this morning not expected as we d received no confirmation but least the goods are here Updated to 4 stars as despite the prompt replacement they are still advertising next day delivery of the product they still don t physically have Excellent customer service though Credit where it is due

Generally very good However the order didn t have my name or room number on the delivery label I work for a large organisation and this is vital information

good customer service and super speedy

good customer service and super speedy delivery The quality of the product I purchased is great can t fault that But the 4 star is because I think the price point could be better even when bulk buying it works out a little more expensive than I would of liked

Swift service but hefty free carriage limit

Order processing was easy and despatch delivery was swift However we thought that the Free Carriage order value was quite high along with the carriage charge The getting of a final VAT invoice could also be improved as well

The process was clear and precise on getting my order through the system The delivery was quick and I was able to track my order from beginning to the time of arrival A very efficient service was delivery from RAJA UK Thank you

Good compromise to resolve issue

Part of my order arrived on time 5 of 21 units I contacted customer services to find out that only 5 of the item I wanted were in stock even though I had made a full advance payment with more due to arrive in 2 weeks Unfortunately this was too long to wait for my business needs RAJA agreed to amend my order and supply the same item in a similar colour with next day delivery for the same price This was a helpful compromise thank you to RAJA for resolving this

Tissue packed incorrectly so really creased

Usually the service is first class but this time whoever packed my order folded up the tissue reams - THREE TIMES and squashed them in a box instead of packing them flat against the cartons So the tissue is now creased and unusable So a bit disappointed this time

I ordered a set of trays from Rajapack

I ordered a set of trays from Rajapack which arrived next day delivery Unfortunately the product that arrived was the wrong one 4 trays in unit not 5 I called and spoke to Kiran who was especially helpful Super polite very efficient and sorted the problem out immediately Had a new set of trays sent out the same day and was kept up to date with every step Would recommend Rajapack

Good quality BUT

The postal boxes are good quality However because we are using them for packing OUR business products I would have expected for them to have been plain boxes and not have RAJA branding printed on them The fact that they are branded should be detailed within the description Also the Kraft counter gift bags which we have purchased many times before now have printing within the side gusset which for a gift bag you do not want

Love the products

Love the products really great quality and the prices are competetive But I don t understand why in 2023 you don t provide tracking information We can call or message to get a two-hour window so this information is available Every single company I buy from offers this so it feels a bit backwards that you don t I know most customers are based in offices or warehouses with people in all day but small business owners based at home aren t able to sit at their desk all day to avoid missing a delivery Please consider automatically sending a tracking link or message with the time slot
