The transaction took two days to execute even with SEPA easy transfer Strangely the payment was displayed as received then a significant increase on Bitcoin price happened and the payment displayed again as processing which means I received the funds after price of BTC went up I know the final price is displayed after the payment is processed but I find it strange that it went from processed to Awaiting to processed again when an increase in value was happening

I bought some Cryptos on 6th of december today is 19th of december still didnt got my cryptos but the had my money I talked severel times with the support they are bunch of useless one sayong they need manual checks wait until we email you the other saying my funds will be returned in 10 days I used their service before and had no issue worked well What is going on with this now Textint them every day they not aswering 13 days passed since then still didnt get my money or crypto Yesterday on 23th on dec I ve got my refund I don t know what could go wrong with them I had no issues using their services before Hope they change something on this in the furture Customer service is still very bad texteed them 3 days non stop not even bothering to answer

INCOMPLETE REFUND RELEASE REQUEST 11074Regarding the above-mentioned subject I am writing to bring thing matters to your utmost attention I have initiated Crypto transactions through Ramp portal to cash out to my bank account but somehow the funds were not able to be sent to my account and were supposed to be refunded Please refer to transaction id 2c24aa55- 11b9-41e1-8075-545c320d1e6b on March 3 2024 at 5 33 PM and support ticket id 11074 Upon my email sent to the Ramp support team I have then received a response from Alex stating that the refund has been listed and shall take 10 business days for processing However until today a month from the transaction date I haven t received the refund from Ramp despite all my emails to the support team which were left unanswered I believe that Ramp has embraced RELIABILITY AND EFFICIENCY as the company values Please kindly help to investigate and look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my Crypto Even though it may seem small to you it is a big amount for me Appreciate your time and thank you in advance

I bought crypto on 13th March and 14th March and it s still processing I ve bought crypto using Ramp before but this is the longest it s ever taken There is also no direct way to contact customer support besides the bot and FAQs I have logged multiple tickets already It s really frustrating

I sent coins to my RAMP wallet to be processed to my bank RAMP failed to process my withdrawal and said it would be up to 10 Business Days before they could return my coins because it has to be done manually It has been 14 days and they haven t returned my coins nor are the answering emails I am a verified customer and have used them successfully in the past I don t know what happened but this is unacceptable

I found the conversion cost to be very expensive I have used other cryptocurrency conversion platforms with more affordable prices I thought that converting without having to leave the app would be more advantageous

I didnt have probl m with them from start but right now they just took my money and didnt pay me crypto right now i have a lot of problems because of them cause i cant move Home from another country And in FB i Saw a lot of people who had problems with them and some of them wait f r them money 2-12 months ITs risky

Ramp migrated my account to a foreign country so I couldn t use it They then state they cannot move accounts so cannot move it back Will not delete my data You would hope crypto companies would have a proper understanding and full control of their IT systems You would also hope they respect privacy Not so for Ramp

Avoid if you are looking for fast transactions They randomly asked me for very thorough ID and KYC checks and despite me swiftly providing all the required documents they took over 36 hours to process and verify me Will use other providers with tighter spreads too

I made two withdrawals of 15 WLD each and only one of them has arrived I have tried by many means to contact you so that you can return the 15 WLD or deposit the money 108 it seems fatal to me that they block my account and keep my 15WLD for no reason claiming that I do not meet the requirements despite having already made more withdrawals previously Please to the entire Ramp team do me the favor of solving my problem please
