So I bought 150 in bitcoin and for four days my transaction was pending I never was able to reach their so called support team and then my transaction timed out and I lost my money If they did it to me they will do it to you DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY

This is the second time i bought BtC fron here and all transactions got lost and i never got anything in my wallet Yet in my wallet it says that i have recieved the btc which sadly isnt true

I will be searching for another way to purchase crypto The identification process was painful for this older lady Then to be rejected with lame scripted reasons I will resume stacking hard coin Thank you very much

Problems with proving address and then every transaction wasn t run because of errors I m strictly not recommending

Absolute trash company Do not use use another one I went through the forced setup process that they threw me into The system banned me instantly while doing what they asked me to do with no explanation It caused my money to be locked up Still haven t received it I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY

These guys service doesn t work they take outrageous fees and don t get back to you via support

they took 2time money in my bank and i naver get my crypto or money i thought that ramp network is a save place but i m disappointed

My account was terminated with no explanation as to why I created my account the week prior it was immediately locked I appealed then a few days later it was gone What a joke

I was using ramp to buy crypto the first transaction was slow but completed And I tried to use my another wallet to buy again it failed and my account is locked by ramp So I appealed it and explained the situation as it is my first time use ramp and I find the different wallets may have different rate so I used another one both of the wallets are mine and I used my ramp account the payment was through Apple Pay same card However today I got the result that they terminate my account without any explanation just said I violated the global terms of service I did everything they required everything is mine Don t know which my actions violated the terms Seems like they don t know either Although I did not suffer any financial loss they have all my ID information given their irresponsible behavior I am deeply concerned that my personal information might be misused or even employed for illegal purposes I suspect that the primary business of Ramp is actually to steal customers identity information Don t use it

I created a new ramp account and made a transaction I attempted a 2nd transaction a few hours later and they locked my account with no explanation I appealed the lock and they replied saying that it was permanent and that they couldn t provide an explanation Don t waste you time with these people
