I signed up to ramp about 2 weeks ago verified my account when I tried to fund my wallet my payment isn t going through Sent an email got 2 different answers I try to purchase any crypto from ramp then the ramp site just freezes

Fast transactions That s OKBut high fees compared to others If you want to invest more than 5k they holding your money for days and asking for source of incomes Which they accept or not The live chat is not that good The live agent cannot answer to anything cannot tell you anything cannot help you in anything Just the usual stuff

I have been trying to get someone to help with a transaction from over 100 days ago I have been told it is being looked into but over 100 days has to be a record for investigating a single transaction This issue was backed up with screenshots of a ramp employee giving me directions on how to process a transaction Ramp doesn t seem to want to take responsibility for a mistake and thinks it s okay to just tell someone to wait indefinitely for them to look into it We will never have widespread adoption in web3 if this is the level of care provided to customers Who wants to risk losing everything to a company that doesn t take things seriously

Had a 7 day delay after I used ramp to purchase a crypto token There received the money from my account but didn t release the token The price had moved by 10 by the time they finally released the token to my account The customer service was responsive but wasn t able to give me answers as to why there was a hold up until after it was released

It is a good company
It is a good company the only thing is with high deposits to another bank account a lot of warnings that it feels like fraude But it really gives insecurity about the company itself It is a good thing that they check things out But back and forth from my owned accounts is a little annoying

First purchase was very fast loved it next day made purchase got the success pending for a few days on my bank card then it was removed not charged no email nothing When something is pending it locks up that dollar value until cleared why did it say successful when it wasn t I will give them a try again things happen
