Absolutely disgraceful No code provided on the email to input into my passenger locator form no response from the website contact centre or on email and the test arrived too late for me to complete on day 2 Had to order another test from another firm in order to return home and still have not received a response to any of my emails Do not use

I did not get the passenger locator reference number on time We had to order new tests to get the numbers The kits finally arrived exactly on day 2 and their service answered my queries but we had already been in the UK for two days wondering if we had been scammed in the meantime we had to find another solution at our expense I do not recommend

I didn t receive my 4 tests They still have my 100 There is no customer service other than a bot and a person who keeps refusing to refer me to anyone who can address my problems The most shocking customer service I have reported them to the government health dept where they have been listed Still no reply from the company despite repeated emails and bot conversations How are they still in business Customers steer well clear

Is this a scam Very poor service chat facility remains unaswered after the Bot takes email address No telephone support My Order Test Fit To Fly Outbound Antigen Test for Digi Kit Code 4 48 00 I have not recieved any codes so that I may obtain our fit to fly certificates I will be demanding a full refund as the items sent are not what was delivered My advice for peace of mind go elswhere

Useless brought for a two day lateral flow test for homeward travel to the uk No reference number supplied to put on our passenger locator form so these two day tests are next to useless that you pay 25 for Use a more reputable company boots were much more organised and provided everything we needed to fly

Utterly appalling service do not use They do not send the Reference Numbers for Passenger Locator Form There is no customer service they fail to return emails and yet are quick to take your money I feel that strongly I have written to HM Gov to get this company removed from their approved list of suppliers Disgustingly poorly service and still no contact I had to order from another company who were brilliant and gave them 5 stars Project Screen use them instead

Would have given 0 stars if allowedIt was a nightmare the numbers they gave us didn t work on the passenger locator form so I had to consult google look at examples and made one up I tried ringing emailing and texting to no avail although I did get a reply after I had returned to uk naturally the made up numbers didn t work on the 2 day test so I then had to spend another hour sorting it out They are completely incompetent and I could have missed my trip hope they are better now avoid

I ordered a Day 2 post return to the UK rapid test I filled in my trip details- date flight etc I received an email to tell me the Day 2 test won t be dispatched until 8 days after my return to the UK How can you accept an order you know you can t fulfil in the advertised and legally mandated time frame The code did work on the passenger locator form nonethelessThe spam emails are also irritating given the experience above

Hugely overpriced and code not recognised by NHS
These tests are 12 99 each rather than 6 99 for three identical tests sold in Superdrug Furthermore the code on them is not recognised on the NHS website so I can t even log the results as proof at the airport so in fact not even fit for purpose as I was testing so that I could fly to Spain tomorrow So 38 97 instead of 6 99 for 3 tests and not recordable for proof Have been completely ripped-off

Had to pick up from post office as they said they tried to deliver twice but was home both times and they did not Also no clear instructions of how to register to receive certificate No different to any other LFT that I can get for free
