It would help on day 2 test if complete list of required documents were stated at commencement to save stressful searching in time limit

Easy to order however the order reference number is NOT the code you needed for the Passenger Locator Form PLF No other code sent So I had to email AND live online chat to get a code then use that code with a link to a registration form AND only then I received a code for the locator form Very long winded Got the reply to my email many hours later so not good if you re in a hurry to complete PLF LFT easy to do as there was a YouTube video to follow but you have to take a couple of photos to prove results Got my certificate within the hour Price was 25 for one test however it was EXACTLY the same test the NHS give out for free in a pack of 7

I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the bug that my son found while trying to load his photo He clicked on the button to upload the photo and it didn t work I was happy to be able to do it on my phone for him but if he had been on his own it would have been problematic

should be done at a chemists and not by individuals at home
It was fine in the end and my test was negative The snag was that the camera on my smart phone does not work any more so I had no way of scanning the procedure as instructed It was just by chance that a friend walked by my garden on day 2 of the test and she had done the lateral flow test several times so with her smart phone i was able to do it but that was just by chance I think the tests should all be done at Boots or at a chemist or health centre and not left for people of my age 72 to try to figure it out

I was asked far too much irrelevant information to register the test for the almost harmless RE branded flu why was I asked for this information will my personal information be sold No-one to speak to either if there s a last minute problem or hitch just email Other than the service worked fine and I was given my certificate quickly and seemed to be the cheapest I found online
