Totally a scam I bought from the website on july 5th The tracking is not working and I never got a response from their ghosting customer service Of course I never received the order Now I asked for a refund and they seem disappeared I will never buy from them again

Rare Beauty has pulled a fast one on us consumers I was buying some more foundation which I love but noticed that my old bottle had 1 0 fl oz 30ml and the new bottle has 0 94 fl oz 28ml and the company is charging the same price for less product This is a shame I purchased my product at Sephora in Kohls and even the sales reps did not notice the change nor were they informed by the company of the recent change Very bad business in view

I ordered a DIGITAL gift card for my daughter s 21st birthday I ordered it yesterday to be sent to her TODAY on her birthday It still has not been sent No response from customer service and their customer service department closes at 4pm PST my time zone What online company does not have 24 hour customer service It is a digital card for God s sake Online purchases that are digital gift cards in any other company including my own website are AUTOMATED I have a very disappointed 21 year old without her favorite gift As much as I respect Selena Gomez and have enjoyed her products and have wanted to support her mission this is inexcusable Loyalty is a 2 way street Still no 100 gift card and still a sad birthday girl Surely you can do better If you don t have excellent customer service no matter what product you have you will not have customers You have certainly lost my business There are THOUSANDS of makeup lines that actually deliver Now to get my 100 back I bought through Paypal and will dispute Shame shame shame

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER
Long story short I wasn t home when the courier delivered and the only clue I had to where my parcel was was a photo of it in the courier s hand on my front garden open facing a main road I contact RB and they absolve all responsibility that they re not liable for loss Stating it in your emails doesn t magically absolve you from your legal duty to compensate consumers for loss damage Seeking recompense from the courier is your own private affair If you trade within the UK you have to abide by our laws and I am now escalating the matter under a solicitor

Customer service thinks they re too good for you
I love their products that I bought from Sephora but my goodness the customer service via their official site is appalling I placed an order 10 days ago and it was canceled immediately with no explanation After emailing them they told me it was my credit card problem and brushed it off Except that my credit card worked just fine that day and I never got any notification from them about denied charges either I asked for more clarification and they just completely ignored me Yeah I get that your products are popular but that doesn t mean you treat your customers like trash Won t be buying their products again

I placed my order on June 20 2022 it s now July 11 I did 1 business day overnight shipping they still haven t ship out my package I ve sent them emails multiple times they won t let me cancel my order told me to be patient Such terrible experience will never order again

Made an order on Monday 27-5 the order is confirmed but the link of the tracking never worked On Monday 3-6 I mailed rarebeauty about not seeing an update on de delivery and that the link didn t worked Their replay on Monday We re on it I did not receive other responses and still no update The delivery would be made in 9-12 days and I payed 7 for this delivery service

Customer service is very unhelpful I ve contacted them so many times regarding my refund and I didn t get an email back I sent my return almost a month ago and still haven t received my refund and when I checked my account on their website I can t find information regarding my return Selena s makeup products are good but avoid buying from the site Might as well purchase from Sephora

Don t order from rares website
Don t order from rares website I ordered once and got an email that it has been canceled so I did a new order for it when I checked in my bank account it says that rare beauty has been taken the payment twice We are talking about around 5000SEK 500 in total Tried to take contact with the customer service and it looks like no one is working there I also haven received any emails or nothing in the website that the order is packing and ready to be sent to me The information have been the same in weeks now t s such a scam website Iam super disappointed on Selena Gomez to let this happen If anyone know what I should do please share
