Good quality but sizing not great

Items are really great quality and look fantastic however I ordered my usual size and although the joggers fit they are a bit short in the bum area and the crop top really squashed my chest down I ve kept them because I am losing weight but bought the set to wear now Its a shame as I was excited when I saw they did plus sizes but they are not really true to size

Really love the designs

Really love the designs Love the hoodies Not too thick so really good for this time of year The only thing would be sizing going off the guides etc doesn t seem accurate as I would a medium however it was tight so had to exchange

Underwhelmed

Followed Ratchet for a long time on FB and finally ordered something non custom placed the order on 31 March and it wasn t dispatched until 11 April I didn t get a dispatch confirmation email so had to ask for an update Finally got the T shirt 2 weeks after ordering Postage was 4 5 but the actual postage was 1 85 get they need to add on for fuel etc but that seems excessive Not impressed with the customer experience T shirt is a nice design and colours but material is thin and cheap probably won t be ordering again
