Sadly enough I didn t get my order First delivery took 2 weeks then it got delivered to some random place without even attempting to deliver to my home address or any close by post After multiple attempts to pick it up I still don t have my package Seems like the order was delivered using the cheapest delivery option without taking into consideration how much customer spent and how heavy the package might be I just hope I get my money back now

Horrible experienceThe company sent my order to Bromma more than 1 hour commute away from my home It seemed like it was a location close to RawFoodShop warehouse and convenient for them not me When I went to receive the package at my local postnord they asked me to pay extra to have it shipped although I had already paid RawFoodShop for the shipping to my home address I refused to pay any more I didn t pick-up the package and thought I would receive the money back As it turns out they didn t return my money either They have a policy to not return money for food items even if the package is never picked and returns Guess what their shop sells FOOD Scam-like behavior Avoid this shop at all cost Update And they have the audacity to offer to reship it for a fee in full public view while they themselves sent it to the wrong address in the first place Not even a refund offer

absolutely awful returns policy
I accidentally ordered the wrong product and messaged them yesterday Sunday asking if they could put in the correct product instead which actually cost less They emailed me back saying it is not possible since the products are already being packed Fair enough so I let them know that in this case I will return the parcel and re-order with the correct item They responded saying that for this they will charge a fee of 300SEK Unbelievable I have never experienced any return policy that is so hostile to customers I wonder if it is even legal to charge a return fee that would end up being more than the original order I placed

Larva infested almonds
I bought 3 kg of almonds in late November and then went on a month long work trip This week I opened the first bag and found it infested with larva a strange sort of debris larva fecal matter and almonds they had nibbled on I wish I could attach the disgusting pics A few days later several moths appeared in my kitchen Rawfood shop refuses to reimburse as I didn t make the complaint within 2 weeks of purchase I don t think this is a reasonable time limit for dried goods I did complain within 2 months and the sell-by date is 2024 I urge you to not buy products that are vulnerable to infestation from this shop

I have been mostly happy with deliveries in the past but now Rawfoodshop refuses to accept my complaint re nuts starting to go rancid with 6 months left to best-before-date Very disappointed with this company which does not follow Konsumentk plagens terms which all businesses in Sweden are obliged to do

Rancid waste in new bags with new expiration date
The nuts I ordered were absolute rancid the very same day I got them - and I also wrote and complained that very same day They had a horrible bitter smell and taste - although the package date not the experation date was just a few days old And it had no production date at all - is that even legal Are you selling old rancid waste nuts can be dangerous to eat you yourself probably got for almost free and then put them in new bags with new experation date Then you have the guts to ask THE CUSTOMERS to pay for the returns AND the extra expensive one which goes directly to your adress so you don t have to pic it up yourself This company are selling waste products and have nothing to lose because the costumars must pay for the extra expensive returns No wonder reclamations take 30 days to handle for this company - it must be many What a joke And they don t answer the telephone - it s just a record machine that says you must send an e-mail and when you send an e-mail it s just an automatic answer with questions you already answered in your first e-mail If you search the negative reviews you see that they don t even accept reclamations when the products are larva-infested so not much hope to get a refound here I think they import everything from China and that it s expired already when they themselves get it extremely cheap I suppose and they just put it in new package with new exparation dates on Because they now have different places they get their stuff from organic I doubt Good business ooh yes at least in the short run You should be ashamed at yourselves I will report you to the swedish ministry of health livsmedelsverket Update The only thing they offered me was a discount coupon with a lesser value than what I payed f r their rancid and inedible nuts
