Stale and rancid nuts
I was very disappointed with my order as most of the nuts especially the walnuts and the cashews were old soft chewy instead of crunchy and tasted very stale and rancid which is actually toxic for health The coconut oil was also not very fresh I get better products from Willy s

The person who answered my emails was fast to reply and nice But although they announce that they ship to all EU countries I can t place an order and I live in Finland Per email I got an answer that the problem will be resolved in a few weeks After a few weeks I asked again because it still didn t work Got the answer that they are still working it out Well a month later now and still I can t place an order So change the announcement at your homepage that you deliver to all EU countries because clearly you don t

Poor customer service
Poor customer service Several people replying with time lag differently to the same simple question about an order change as if they work at different companies One doesn t know what the other does Cancelling an updated correct order and sending with 10 day delay the original order that I specifically and repeatedly asked to have cancelled Ahead of the Christmas holidays The owner might want to listen to its customers I use this company occasionally as they have a good selection of products for a Swedish market and sometimes at competitive prices But they would fare better I think in reviews with an improved customer service Update my order was not sorted out but I received an apology and 10 discount by company

Rawfoodshop excellent except for WALLEY
Ordering good Delivery good Products really good BUT There payment solution sucks WALLEY is NOT transparent and is confusing After late paying and invoice I ended up with an invoice for more than the products I purchased PLEASE drop WALLEY and use KLARNA instead I would be happy to give you 5 stars then

Normally i love this store but my
Normally i love this store but my latest order which I ordered the 21 january has not yet showed up It is clearly lost in transit but i have yet not received Word about a replacement or refund from rawfoodshop eventhough I have sent them several emails Parcels get lots all the time and this is of course not the fault of the store but how they handle it when this happens is what that matters the most for me as a customer They dont even tell me how long I need to wait Sadly I now recommend to not shop at this store anymore

Disappointing experience
Discounted prices are the same as normal prices at other places selling their products They don t show the lowest price in the last 30 days as is required by Prisinformationslagen for discounted products Premium quality nuts for example almonds are same or worse quality as cheapest supermarket nuts a lot of broken and chipped nuts small sizes a lot of halves but much more expensive I guess Swedish people don t know what is premium quality Some nuts are okay and their almond butter was good but the overall experience is disappointing

Expensive and some of the products are poor quality as wast but you sale it online when l claimed you argue no refund for the bad mold products so l just wasted it that mean lost my money my time
