This company has improved since the first time I used it The first time I never received an email but had to contact them to get a confirmation They seemed to have solved this issue

The process went very well and I could talk with support to have my shipment delayed a few days as I was out of the country The only problem that occurred was an email that sent my package was shipped before the date we agreed on I wrote to support and they said it would be shipped on the agreed-upon date
