Happy customer

Well the product we have not yet installed but we received in time stated and happy with what we can see although a prt was missing they responded saying they will send this so far I have no issues and would purchase again from them

Lovely worktops

Lovely worktops My biggest complaint is the delivery The company did not let me know it would only be the driver I am 70 years old and female and I was expected to lift 4mtr worktops with the driver I felt really sorry for the driver who was very helpful The company needs to let customers know this

Sample of flooring product

Requested a sample of flooring which was dispatched to me very quickly The product sample looked to be of good quality but unfortunately it did not go with the bathroom cabinet We are looking to use this flooring for a future project in our house

Good quality products but delivery communication is lacking

Good quality products but delivery takes a long time and there s not really any communication about delivery timescales after you place an order I was short on adhesive in my first order so placed another one to get some adhesive There was no option to get it delivered quickly by post it arrived 4 days later on a truck That seems pretty slow and wasteful

Worktop not fully edged

Purchased 4m worktop to construct a kitchen island to match a worktop I bought from Rearo last year It was the last one of this range they had and was at a good discount Very pleased with service and price Delivery was prompt and everyone I have dealt with has been polite The worktop I received should have been edged to all sides but was only edged 3 sides I am currently trying to get hold of edging strips to finish off worktop Can t change as it has match existing tops Rearo have you any edging at any of your branches none at Glasgow

Quality products and helpful staff

I was looking for wet walls kitchen splash backs and worktops I called in a few times to look at products and staff were friendly patient and helpful I was given samples to take home and advice about what might look best Products were delivered for free and arrived on time one item was damaged and Rearo quickly resolved this by replacing the item the next day I would use them again

Good and service but wee delay as

Good and service but wee delay as waiting for stock in and when the driver and delivery to our address I expect two men doing worktops into my house but only driver and asked me help the worktops carrying into my house Done that also already 3m x 600mm on facial surface scratches line about 1m must be come from warehouse so any idea how solve the problem with scratched
