Hi Service was fine and fast

Hi Service was fine and fast my disappointment was I bought 19 boards 18 external 17 internal trims I wasn t told that it was square edge boards and required joining trims I had used your product before and it was a click joint Thought the sales rep could have pointed this out

the rearo sheeting was not as to sample and hard to install

the rearo sheeting was not as to sample shading and the internal corner joining strips I would not recommend using as to coverage of beading was rather small and would recommend a internal corner section that has a clip on bead cover strip for greater ease of installation and seal cover

Finish and Quality

I had some Pergmon boards from my last order but I find that the current boards we have ordered are not of the same quality and finish They are from different suppliers also when fitting the boards the top and bottom both go in and fit correctly but the middle leaves a line showing Which was not the same as the previous lot

Sue the delivery driver was great

Sue the delivery driver was great and went out of her way to help However Keith was the one that messed up the delivery as I d agreed a PM delivery with him yet he insisted that the delivery was done ASAP on the Thursday He was very lucky that my wife had just arrived home as Sue was just about to leave a missed delivery message Maybe Keith should take some advise from Sue on how to look after and treat customer right to the get a better result from customer feedback

Was asked to help driver with worktops

I was really happy with my delivery the only reason for 3 stars is the fact I was asked by the delivery driver to help him in with the worktops I thought he was jocking but he wasn t and explained that I should have been told someone at the other end would have to help him in or it would have cost more for delivery I wasn t advised or asked about it at all luckily my kitchen fitter helped him in to be honest when I saw the length of them there s no way I would have managed

Poor delivery procedure

Haven t actually put the product up yet as waiting for the bathroom to be installed What did annoy me though was the convoluted and expensive delivery costs If I remember it was 18 no time slot was given had to be kerb side delivery and even when I asked for my wife to be called an hour before hand which they agreed this didn t happen It s certainly put me off recommending them or buying from them again

No problem at all with the product white laminate work tops in 4m Plus contact re order confirmation and delivery was good Delivery guy however was rude and put the girls in work under pressure to unload as quickly as possible A call an hr before which most firms do now to confirm delivery time would have allowed time to get help lifting heavy items as someone was on stand by to do this

Good customer service and reasonable

Good customer service and reasonable prices but panels were definately not clear cut My builder had to cut them properly not sure why they couldn t be cut in store What I saved by buying on line I spent on my builder time Also there was a dent on one of the panels however my builder managed to hide it Once installed they look ok You need to be careful- they are not heavy duty or shock resistant easy to break

I ordered 8 sheets of respitex from inverness store on mon had it delivered on the wed to where I stay on an island very happy with how quick I got them but unfortunately 4 sheets were damaged on arrival courier came to pick up following day still waiting for replacement hopefully wont be waiting too much longer

Product was good

Product was good but online service was not working correctly so had to phone in to order which was surprisingly easy Advice would be if you request a sample wait until you get a follow up email about a week later to order as you get a 10 discount Sadly I didn t and when I sent an email regarding this did not bother to respond hence the lower rating
