After I ordered online I received a email saying when the product left the warehouse that night I would receive a tracking number So I emailed and asked about the tracking number and then was told I should receive before Christmas

I m not sure if the product was new

I m not sure if the product was new when I purchased it as the disc was missing and there was marks on the booklet like it had been used I understand that the company do sell their returns at nearly half the price but I was charged full price for mine As far as the rebounder goes I would recommend this product

Bit disappointed

Had to chase them to find out the shipment was delayed also they advertised incorrect dates on their website The 1-2 day dispatch was not true in my case Eventually got my order in 40 days rather than the 14 i expected when I ordered I understand there are delays but I feel customers should be informed as soon as possible

I purchased the rebounder as it was

I purchased the rebounder as it was highly recommended with the caveat that it was quite noisy It is extremely noisy which I find extremely off putting and am worried about upsetting my neighbours Haven t yet tried the Vaseline which is meant to help As an exercise aid though it is very good

The lower section of the stability bar

The lower section of the stability bar will not come out even though the button is depressed outside of the hole that it inserts into I cannot remove it and two of us were working on removal yesterday Other than that I like the rebounder

The service was very good and delivered promptly and the trampoline is excellent I was just disappointed that 2 days after I purchased the fitbounce Pro XL it was reduced by 80 The reason I only gave it 3 stars
