I ordered 2 devises 8 31 22 Website says next day shipping for free Today is 9 1 22 No one answers email or phone I can review the device since I never got it overnight as promised but I can review the company I won t recommend them to anyone

Battery doesn t last slow customer service responses

We re trying to return the flexbeam which turned out to be a huge disappointment They won t respond not honoring the warranty Battery won t last and it doesn t help in our case but I m sure it could help others

Flexbeam broke down within 2 months of purchase The product only lasts 5 minutes on a full charge I have contacted them multiple times and constantly been ignored For a product worth nearly 500 this is a disgusting way to treat customers I am not even getting a recognition of my complaint and issue

No communication did not pay VAT customs duties

Emailed multiple times asking for tracking details I had been promised replies are weeks later with an excuse about email server problem and false promises of answers to my questions I am being harassed for a VAT customs payment I paid VAT in the product price I have sent the customs invoice to Flexbeam by email to resolve this issue The email did not get a response until i updated this review They say they have issued a refund Waiting to see it appear in my account This refund does not cover the full amount demanded by the customs agent let alone the time and hassle i have incurred and still to incur I have little to no faith in the company

The flexbeam technology works but hardware is unreliable

The flexbeam technology works as far as pain reduction However after using ia couple of months the timing function quit working and it would only stay on for 30 seconds instead of the pre-programmed 10 minutes I sent it in for repair under warranty having to pay 50 Flexbeam sent it back and after maybe using it a dozen times the same problem occurred where it cuts out after 30 seconds I assume I ll have to pay another 50 to get it fixed At this point I m not sure if it s worth it

Unfortunately the device did nothing to

Unfortunately the device did nothing to ease the various chronic bodily pains that I have The health benefit claims are overblown All the device did is make my skin feel warm momentarily Four weeks with consistent use and no difference felt whatsoever The product claims it brings a lot of health benefits but alas that wasn t the case A lot of the good feels is just placebo Lesson learnt if something sounds too good to be true it probably is If you are serious about ridding yourself of chronic bodily pains you have to exercise Do not rely on this device to rid you of your pains I have to give credit to Flexbeam for providing a refund within 30 days

I was an excited supporter of this

I was an excited supporter of this product during their crowdfunding period By the time it arrived I was on the verge of moving I used it a couple times and then put it back in the box Fast forward two years later I finally remember about it pull it out and it no longer works When I contacted support it was just one month past the 2 year warranty and they were unwilling to do anything other than offer a discount on a new unit Not investing more money in a product that only worked a couple times Edited And now apparently that s my fault

Unclear conflicting instructions Bad online video

Just started using the device The online videos with Dr Julia Frost are very bad Is she a real doctor Be sure you know what area you are injured in Instructions are conflicting I have shoulder rotator cuff injury The manual says not to use in the same place for more then 10 minutes Then on page 8 it shows the device on the front and top of shoulder for 10 minutes then the top of should and along arm for another 10 Is this 20 minutes for top of shoulder and 20 minutes is too long for placement Not clear instructions
