Impressive Customer Service

I placed an order and paid for 3-5 work day shipping After three business days my order was still showing as not shipped I reached out to the company via email at 7 30am and at 6 30pm had not received a response so I used their automated chat on the website and was told my order number wasn t found I got a bit frustrated and called the number on the website at about 7pm I immediately received a text message from someone that very quickly tracked down my order found the likely problem and offered a solution in shipping a replacement free of charge I was impressed by the timeliness of the customer service and very pleased that their phone number is posted right at the top of their website in plain view I work in a position where I receive countless emails and it s impossible to stay on top of them so I m not holding it against them that I didn t get a response to the email I also should have probably tried the phone number first anyway considering they have it clearly advertised I suppose the only thing I would have liked to see done differently was an offer to refund the additional shipping cost I paid to get it faster but it wasn t enough to knock their review down in stars I received my order two days later and the chip is stunning I will very likely order from this company again
