Everything is perfect with the pc it arrived a bit later than expected but it was worth the wait I would buy from Redux again

Overall very happy with the service and the product The PC arrived within 3 days of my order was perfectly usable and has been working like a charm for the last two months Paid a very reasonable price of the PC Packaging was secure big plus for shipping the box of the Mainboard with the extra SATA cable A point of improvement could be that my PC was by default in dutch which I had to change I understand that it makes sense here to have default language to be dutch but an option during the purchase to changes this would be nice But this is such a minor point that it will not affect the score I give in slightest Keep up the good work and service

Ordered Redux Gamer a440 R48 in December Order went very smoothly and despite the Christmas Holidays it was delivered by the promised time Also got a good quality mouse pad for free The box was a bit damaged during delivery had a small hole in it but they packed it well in two boxes one inside the other so everything was ok with the PC itself The PC is very powerful and not noisy at all as for me I bought it mostly to play MS Flight Simulator with VR headset and had some issues at first the game crashed unexpectedly But it turned out that it was not because of PC itself but because of some issues with Windows VR settings and the game settings so after I fixed the settings and set up OpenXR Tools everything works as expected MS Flight Simulator has high requirements especially for VR mode but with this PC I m able to play it in true 4K resolution about 4096 2160 - yes my headset support it on stable 25-30 FPS Also the price for this PC with newest NVidia 4080 card was very good and adequate So I m very satisfied with the purchase and Redux Gaming service

Computer is very well build from top components and very well packaged for shipping The led fans and memory and rgb cooler on the rtx 4080 are ao gorgeous MW2 will never be the same on 4k ultra so fast Delivery spot on within 1 workday Very well done guys
