The item wasn t as showed

I never received my package and I can t find any explanation other than the tracker saying package is being returned did I receive a refund What was the reason for returning my order May I please have my order back

The item wasn t as showed in the pictures the opal on te ring wasn t shiny and wasn t blue at all try to get a refund and find out that not only I lost 4 pound for the delivery but I have to pay for a tracked delivery to return it back and that cost around 7 10 pound so I pay 32 pound for the ring delivery and I have to pay 10 pound to get 29 pound back

Tacky-looking

I bought a pair of their crinoline moon earrings that I ve been eyeing for a while but I am sad to report that they sit weird and lack the depth shown in the official pictures despite their cost being a bit up there at 50 I suppose they were conveniently photographed from a specific angle but in real life they just look tacky especially from the front Shame as they don t take returns on piercings and i don t really see myself ever wearing these

Items look like they re from temu and they don t accept returns

I have ordered from regal rose in the past and was happy but after ordering 3 items all of which looked cheap and nasty this this time so I requested to return and it was rejected In tha past the packaging was pretty too but even that has changed and looks cheap Very disappointed as I ordered as gifts but they look like I ve got them from temu

Terrible customer service

I bought some earrings which in the end did not look anything like the advertising very poor quality When I wanted to return them I had to wait two days for the policy to tell me that some earrings cannot be returned neither a refund nor the possibility of exchanging them for another item on the website They may have their own policy but the law protects the return of a product within a certain established time Or this website is an scam or their customer service is really terrible to the detriment of the customer

Item not received within advertised delivery time of 7-10 days Not using Regal Rose again Item still not delivered after 1 month

I haven t gotten my order or a tracking number for it even though it was supposedly shipped on December 4 Pretty disappointing for my first time shopping here and my gifts for my sisters aren t going to be here in time for Christmas So thanks for that RegalRose

I have no news about my order

I have no news about my order I have not received anything I contacted after-sales service and I received no response I had hoped to receive the jewelry for Christmas but having no news or refund I could not reorder very very disappointed with Regalrose yet I had only been told good things not sure if I would recommend your site in the future
