Was really pleased with the earrings

Was really pleased with the earrings I ordered they arrived promptly nicely wrapped and quite good quality for the money I only gave 4 stars because as it was my first order it was advertised that I would get 10 off but when I put the given code in it was declined It stated in smaller print that this wasn t applicable on reduced items

Love the piece just the backing is the prob

I always love getting jewellery from regal rose I only have a small complaint I bought a helix earring and I love it but I have very thin ears so I like using the smaller flat back bar that comes with it but this time the earring wouldn t screw in The thread of the earring is just slightly too big to fit in the backing bar I had to go though my collection of backs to see if I could find one that would fit I think there needs to be a check done for quality control I know it would be tedious but I would like a whole product that worked together

I bought a necklace but it arrived with a broken link so the chain wasn t sound Emailed REGALROSE and they were brilliant offered me a few options to replace store credit 10 or a refund This time I opted for a refund as concerned the chain design would do the same thing on a replacement I d buy from them again I think this was just unfortunate but customer service was excellent

Fantastic pieces of exquisite quality jewellery arrived promptly in tiny sealable plastic bags but there was one nicer material pouch with Regalrose included gorgeous jewellery

The website is trustworthy the shipment follows the days indicated the product arrives in time and good conditions Quality is good not extremely excellent but mainly as promised excepts for one item

Pretty jewellery too simple packing

Very pretty jewellery perfect delivery The packing was very simple - just a small plastic bag So the jewellery looks cheap I put the necklace and earrings in jewel boxes now it looks beautiful und valuable

Great Experience Good Quality Items

I recieved my package in the time frame i was given 5-10 days the packaging was really nice and the articles are exactly what I wanted Very accurate to the pictures on site and with great explanations for the dimensions of each article which was really useful The only thing I would have liked to have more are more frequent updates about the whereabouts of the package which is just something that reassures me and that i appreciate but other than that everything was perfect I love everything i recieved
