The experience was great I was hesitant to order from here as I got an ad from this shop on Instagram but RegalRose has exceed my expectations I will defintely be ordering more jewellery from here Shipping was quick and timely to Canada and I was thankful for the tracking being updated throughout the process

It was good to receive a cleaning cloth with the jewellery disappointed my ring was too tight it is a small large so be careful when ordering

Pretty necklace a bit tight

The necklace shipped faster than expected which was nice but I wasn t notified immediately when it arrived so it could have been easily stolen in my particular neighborhood I bought this piece for my partner and it really suits them The quality seems good although it could do with having more chain links to make it more adjustable in size The stone is very pretty but unfortunately just looks black most of the time unless you shine a light directly through it I m still overall very happy with the necklace It s clearly well made and I like that the style is a bit gender neutral

Great quality sterling silver pendants

Great quality sterling silver jewellery I m especially happy with the till death pendant and the anatomical heart pendant I purchased one choker that was plated and I m impressed with the quality of that one so far too as I tend to have issues with plated jewellery A small issue the 925 metal tags make it a bit difficult to clip and unclip the clasps occasionally due to their placement Would love to see this changed in future

Beautiful jewelry great customer service

Absolutely love the Enoki earrings they re gorgeous Only problem is that they unscrew easily but as long as I check them throughout the day to make sure they re secure it s fine I also had an issue with another one of my items but customer service reached out right away and issued me a refund very pleased with the customer service and I m glad that they care about their customer s satisfaction

Wish the hoop was a clicker for easiness

Love regal rose and love my last purchase My only issue with this earring is that I wish the hoop was a clicker hoop Unfortunately the hoop on which the heart and dagger hangs from is so difficult to do up I have to keep it in all the time I think I ll probably but a gold clicker hoop and put the pendant onto that instead

good comms via shop app swift delivery lovely packaging attractive item bit disappointed to read in accompanying info that plating not expected to last and that even water is not recommended but for the price i guess it s to be expected
