I feel the need to shout about the AMAZING customer service I received fromThis company I have a few pieces from them and my favourite ring has gold plating on the two little skulls beside the stone The gold plating started to wear off which let s face it gold plating can do this It is what it is Any ho I emailed customer service to see if they offered a replating service which unfortunately they don t The lovely girl Miu was so helpful and offered to help further by asking for some photos I gladly sent her some over but told her I understood that plating can wear off She sent me a whole new ring I wasn t expecting her to do this she didn t have to Seems like this company really take care of their customers I will continue to buy from them They re jewellery is STUNNING
