This is a tremendous piece of software one that it s developer started sharing with this community quite a few years ago Like for free It s astonishing how generous Daniil K is and remains even as he s built his own very successful and diversified real estate portfolio and he still continues to teach give massive information council let the community in on his projects and his business and projects models and just generally stay completely in touch and engaged in the community that he basically created from scratch There s a heck of a lot of people who have become massive successful entrepreneurs and flippers and developers all because of his gracious generosity and brilliant valuation and cost software I can t think of another person or another tool that s more valuable and generous and powerful than the Rehabvaluator and it s creator Personally I m extremely grateful for all he and his RB has done for me and for so many like me
