I had to book additional baggage the day of my flight- amazingly someone picked up the phone both calls I made- quickly They actually sent me the info and payment link I needed and fulfilled my need - I was very impressed- this is the first travel company I ve had a positive experience with customer service even though the price of the baggage was insane
