I just wanted to give the Remo software group a thumb s up for the time they spent with me solving my Outlook email issue I have had this issue for quite some time and finally decided to do something about it Their tech group was very patient with me as I stumbled through the different menus and files Remo solved the problem and I am very thankful for that

Used Remo Outlook Backup to migrate Outlook configuration to Outlook2021 It was very easy to do and worked fantastic Remo saved me many hours of having to redo many customized views added fields and rules that I had done over the years A lot of them I ve long forgotten how exactly I even did them Remo is the ONLY way to migrate everything trouble free Well worth the cost

Excellent technical support from Remo Software Fast response and - especially - very knowledgeable about their products and their application I have some special circumstances - running 4K resolution on my PC screens and literally 460 email accounts in 12 PST files to back up The support team knew exactly how to make things scale for 4K and knew that the Remo Outlook Backup product would work for that many PST files And it does Most recently the support team has help me with integration of the Remo Backup Pro product into my system and resetting a password I ve been working with computers for 35 years and I can truly say from experience that Remo has some of the best technical support I ve run into

I ve had some issues with SD card

I ve had some issues with SD card corruption in my Canon camera and found this Remo recovery software The first time I used it everything was recovered from the disk It worked better than other recovery apps I ve used The first use was with a SD disk that had only been used a couple or few times The second time however I had a much older and more used disk and was not able to recover at this time I appreciate the time the chat tech took with me to look through processes and trying different steps I would highly recommend Remo

I mistakenly deleted almost 1 200 files

I mistakenly deleted almost 1 200 songs novels and sermons from my old iPod They were valuable to me so I searched and found that Remo Software had high ratings for recovering lost files The app worked perfectly but I needed some help with the next steps of how to get the files back on the iPod Nick at Remo did a really great job through their chat function and I was able to restore everything back onto iTunes which is all I really need now I would highly recommend Remo Software if you have a similar experience of deleting files
