They showed it would take 5-6 days to receive key After 5 days I notice the tracking number didn t even show it in the system I chatted with someone who assured me they update me on tracking and it would be here by the end of the week I emailed them and ask them to refund my money Of course they acted like it was their courier fault And said they would check on it Really they already checked on it

RemotesRemotes com corrected website Easily confused with a reputable company Well I have had excellent customer service with speedy replies with this company but that is absolutely the only positive thing so far because the remote has not ever worked at all I replaced the batteries for new ones twice I took it to the car dealer and no hopes there as they told me it was an inferior product and then I took it to best buy stereo installer and he said it will not function So after googling and carrying on- all during covid I have finally given up and now the window for return is over 50 Gone forever They will not return my money there is no supervisor to speak with and guess what no feedback or reviews can be left on their website I do not recommend this company at all

I purchased an expensive aftermarket custom remote for my vehicle Blu-ray player It arrived timely but does not work to operate my player I have tried for several days to contact them via several methods and cannot get any response

Terrible company ordered a remote it came didn t work Contacted them company and they told me they don t sell a remote for my unit and that I had ordered one for an entirely different brand I showed them Where on their own website That they advertise having a remote for my unit They apologized and said they ll have it looked into and that if I pay at my own expense to return it they will Refund my the cost of the remote This was Completely their Error but expected me to eat the shipping costs Meanwhile they have not changed their website so someone else will fall victim to their con

Received a defective device from Remotes com and burden of return replacement was placed on the customer Item had not been placed in service yet but provider would not take any responsibility for righting the issue Just a very poor experience

Don t just take my word read other reviews as well

Read other reviews They falsely advertise remote control models that they do not possess and clearly have no intention of updating their website to reflect this They send you a different model which you can get many places cheaper and tell you to use it instead What this company is doing is classic bait and switch and is actually illegal and I will be reporting it
