Very Disappointed Part does not fit my car

Despite being told the part was OEM and the correct part for my car model it does not fit

4 weeks ago I did order part for my Audi Was told that it shoul arrive in 5 days I am still waiting for my order Do you think that this is a good experience I will be lucky if I will get it at all

Don t trust them

Send faulty second hand parts they get you to send the parts back at your cost with a tracking number which showed delivery but still no refund

Two weeks have passed since the payment The store does not respond to my order requests I wrote a complaint to Paypal asking for a refund I do not recommend this store

I ordered a part from them almost 2

I ordered a part from them almost 2 weeks ago now The order was placed and paid for however I received no order number or email of confirmation I took a screenshot of it and my PayPal receipt proves everything After 10 days of this I tried to call the number on the sight which when I clicked on it it let me to a 1800 number I wrote the actual number down and called it and spoke to someone that told me they were waiting on it to come from their supplier in Turkey He checked on the system and it turned out it was on a shelf there all along I was assured it was being sent straight away but still no word of dispatch or sign of the part The whole service seems very poor in general

10 days after ordering still no goods

10 days after ordering still no goods received although the delivery should have taken place within 5 days Only after cancellation of the order did we receive an answer from the shop

AVOID

2 weeks after ordering a brake light for a VW transporter I had to email for an update on its whereabouts Was told it hadn t been shipped at all and another one was been sent in its place Another 2 weeks and still no parts Ended up having to get a refund through PayPal

It has been 4 weeks no emails no product nothing and I really need it I think I just got scammed
