SCAM company stole my money
They have no record of my account I tried logging in I couldn t I contacted their customer service a half dozen times on this issue and they responded last to me about 2 months ago each time asking me for more info I have money and credits that are now lost They are cheats a SCAM company stole my money

False advertising gift cards
We were given 3 Restuarant com cards through water filtration systems companies Little did we know that not one of the restaurants on their website take the Restuarant com gift cards - in fact most of these restaurants never gave permission for their restaurants to be listed on this platform I called this company numerous times and like trained monkeys - or robots - they all spouted the same script I can only thank God it was time I obviously wasted listening to non reputable companies and not money on these ridiculous gift cards

They will not remove old restaurants
They will not remove old restaurants from their site that no longer accepts them I even sent them a Facebook post from that restaurant apologizing for not accepting them and explaining they have requested to be taken off their site and never have been Instead they send me a canned email when I send them the proof online and a month later say something about binding and that they should take it Whole company is sketch Going to do a local Reddit post to see if others had issues

Can t get into my account
I have been trying to get into my account for over a month I ve been going back and forth with their customer service usually waiting a week just for them to respond This should be an easy fix but they are making it very difficult I have hundreds of coupons in my account and will lose out on hundreds of dollars if they don t fix the problem I will have to contact the BBB if they don t solve my problem soon

Total scam I lost my money and time going to the restaurants listed they didnt even know about restaurant com or were closed out or the adress was of a normal family house Support contact don t answer the 5 mails I have sent

I paid for a 100 gift card from restaurant com I never received the card despite having my cc charged immediately I called emailed 5 times to their customer service after two weeks of hearing nothing I was told numerous times my case was being escalated to customer service for review and would be notified their findings in 24-48hrs I went throug 5 cycles of that never hearing anything from their end Finally I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card company who investigated and within 48hrs refunded my money Restaurant com is nothing but a scam as far as I m concerned

Selling certificates that aren t useable
I wondered why I couldn t redeem my certificate at Kobam s Grill or Milano s Italian restaurant here in San Antonio so I wrote Restaurant com and they answered back saying those 2 aren t accepting certificates anymore YET THEY ARE STILL LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE SCAM SCUM Get it together Restaurant com or just shut it down

I received a 25 00 gift card what a worthless piece of garbage Of the whole list of restaurants the site list only 3 have a deal And the deal is you need to spend 50 00 to redeem the gift card I could redeem my points for a gift card to a restaurant A whole 5 cents off

AVOID Restaurant com A 10th rate company
They are dodging their main issue Giving back credits to the customers who s account they have closed without warning or compensation Legal action will need to be taken if anybody cares about this 10th rate site Here are some records I e-mailed on July 9 2024-My total loss is a Groupon package of 100-and a 40 gift card gifted to be in Feb 2023 July 18 2024Francis Bocboc a Customer rep replies back with We deeply apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry and any inconvenience it may have caused Your concern has been forwarded to our advanced Support team and is currently in the queue as they address escalated tickets one by one We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are committed to finding the appropriate resolution for you August 1 2024No reply from Restaurant com Aug 24 2024No reply from Restaurant com

Complete Waste
I received 2 25 total 50 vouchers for restaurant com Everywhere I go I pull up a local list of restaurants that take these vouchers and nothing or you have to spend double to triple in the locale in order to get the discount Since I am 1 person this doesn t work I have recently logged into their website and my dollar amount vouchers have now converted to a point system which is nowhere near a dollar value amount This is worthless And now they have uploaded all these chain restaurant photos into the website teasing you that these restaurants participate but they don t Horrible company They need to be investigated by the attorney general and all monies returned to the customers
