I do not understand the one stars Fees are clearly stated I use this service a lot as I am caring for an invalid Food is tracked and arrives reliably In the instance where the wrong or an incomplete order is sent I have reported and instantly received a credit for the amount Wide range of restaurants and grocery items are available Yes you pay for the convenience and the quick service but if you need it you NEED it This is central London so am not sure if this is true elsewhere but I have found this a remarkably helpful service that makes my life easier
