Got a GREAT lamp - TWICE - that only worked for days
Ordered a luminous elegance lamp for 100 Arrived w tracking as scheduled LOVED it for about 2 weeks Materials and design were wonderful The fact that I could carry it around like a flashlight after charging made it super versatile Unfortunately it stopped working correctly after about 2 weeks Would shut off after about 3 minutes even if fully charged plugged in Contacted the company and sent them a short video as requested and they were good about sending me another one This one lasted less than a week They won t send me another one and quite honestly do I need THREE broken lamps I wished they worked because i REALLY love the design and for me it would have been worth the price But clearly they have a problem with quality control
