Good Product but with a little work on customer etiquette
Restream is a great product and very advantageous in the way the world is going with online content The platform speaks for itself and is the leader currently in online webinar software Although the product is great Initially I had a very bad experience with sales team false statements rudeness and lack of care of customer was felt After leaving a negative review and attempting to contact senior support I was able to finally get in contact with someone who was great I received a formal apology and other benefits as courtesy It s been mentioned that they will take on thoughts from what I shared to improve service in the future
