Its great for streaming on multiple platforms but need work twitch channel rewards dont show up so when someone uses hydrate it doesnt show and games title need updating not alot of options

Good Product but with a little work on customer etiquette

Restream is a great product and very advantageous in the way the world is going with online content The platform speaks for itself and is the leader currently in online webinar software Although the product is great Initially I had a very bad experience with sales team false statements rudeness and lack of care of customer was felt After leaving a negative review and attempting to contact senior support I was able to finally get in contact with someone who was great I received a formal apology and other benefits as courtesy It s been mentioned that they will take on thoughts from what I shared to improve service in the future

To Restream

I have been using restream on the free version now for about 1 2 a year now for streaming fortnite and apex legends and its great but the one thing im a bit anoyed a bout is is that it only streams on 30 fps on the free version and i dont really want to pay 41 a month for pro So could you please make the free version stream at 720p 60fps

I like the fact that I can send to 1

I like the fact that I can send to 1 location and have it distributed to multiple locations Would have given it 5 stars EXCEPT for the problem that the web interface never showed that YouTube was live and Facebook never got a feed that I ever found Could be my issue but once I start I didn t want to stop the feed to troubleshoot

Things could be added

For the most part it s been great to use Just a few things I wish could be changed or added to the settings Like if streaming to multiple platforms with with the chat we could select the ones we actually want displayed As in I always have my Twitch on a separate window in OBS as that s my main platform I stream to and I wish restream I could turn Twitch chat off or even individual turning on or off of any of them and only show my FB YouTube that way I wouldn t miss anyone chatting with those Thry get lost in my Twitch even tho they are marked with the symbols for FB YT Then there s the issue of separating the audio Restream doesn t have that so everything with my sounds are on my VOD That is the main reason I m going to cancel my paid subscription with it

You can do better

You can do better Enhance the platform Studio to remember cameras camera settings and audio settings so they don t have to be re-setup each time Also you have a big opportunity for built-in scene switching a feature which OBS doesn t have You re off to a good start but there s a lot of untapped potential release some of those features and it will surely elevate your product to the next level
