When you call asked to speak to Kareema and Kareema only for the best customer service experience she is the best as I always ask to speak to her whenever I call She took me through everything with utmost patience and a good laugh throughout the call

Very Helpful Lady
I spoke to Patricia as we were having problems with our card machine She was so helpful and extremely patient as i did not know what I was doing She talked me through everything in a way that I was able to understand and we got it sorted eventually Thankyou so much Patricia

Excellent service and Price for years
We have been with RMW for years It came to renewing my contract and I couldn t find cheaper rates from another merchant service Others did offer cheaper terminal rental however and RMS were only to happy to match it so i signed up for another 18 months Customer service is 5 and so are there terminals reliable and easy to use which is just what you need

I spoke to Dan today and he was very polite and professional He quickly sorted out my terminal problem He made me feel at ease with his diagnostic instructions from start to finnish with customer service like this it makes me want to stay with R M S

Great service from Jake
We have had a couple of minor issues with card machines not working Jake was fantastic and patiently talked us through the solution The problem was sorted within 5 minutes He then followed up by sending me written instructions on what to do if it should happen again Great service

kareema was so helpful
kareema was so helpful today and gave me great service but i have left rms after many years as they always seemed to provide me with older machines and charge me a monthly rental too i have moved to a new provider with a lovely new free card machine provided also cheaper fees the 50 minute wait to get thorough to speak to someone 6 months ago when i rang was enough to put me off contacting them again too
