Whole RMS experience Fantastic

The whole RMS experience has been fantastic After being with RMS for over 10 years we have recently upgraded our terminal - Dan not only understood that we needed the card machines to run through ethanet but when we were trying to set them up and lost contact power cut he phoned me back straight away as well as the next day to make sure everything was working properly I can highly recommend the customer service of Dan and everyone I have spoken to over the last couple of weeks at RMS Working in hospitality customer service is essential and i really felt like as a business we have been really well looked after Dan and the rest of the staff i have spoken to are a credit to the company Keep up the good work

Used this company for years not the cheapest but always reliable Had a problem with my terminal and a replacement was arranged within a matter of minutes I really can t fault the service at all I guess it s like the old saying get what you pay for

After being on the chat for a while and not getting anywhere no fault of RMS may be ME being older lol This fantastic gentleman Spencer Greenlee was on the phone helping me out he was so patient and talked me through every step of the way to change my internet over I could not have done this with out his help he went above and beyond to help me and I cant thank him enough He needs a pay rise would recommend them to any one I have been with these for a long time and would not switch Thank you again Mr Spencer Greenlee my Knight in shinning armour
