I ordered an item it wasn t as I expected no instructions with it Have emailed them 3 times no replies Now contacting PayPal As others have said stay away Update since contacted PayPal I have found 2 companies that are not shown on original order This is how they get away with scamming the public

Ordered never received

Ordered 12 4 according to their site it would take 2 days to be shipped then 7-10 days to arrive Received a shipping notification 21 4 rather more than 2 days However the tracking data claimed the number was not valid Emailed 7 5 regarding the no-show and received no response Dispute raised Do not buy from these scam artists

Avoid them like the plague They pose as a UK site but they are in China I Placed an ordered 12th AprilHeard nothing for 3 weeks still showed as ready to ship on the stupid app called Shop Emailed may times finally given a tracking number likely fake Went on holiday 8th May still nothing Then noticed a change in shipping saying it was delivered 4th May Total lie Contacted them on my return and they answered We recommend that you first check with your neighbors family members or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf If you are still unable to locate your package please contact your local post office or carrier to report the missing package and request a formal investigation So I am expected to do their chasing Told them in so many words that this was their job Never heard since Ever wondered how they get some positive feedback easy and this is how they do it 1 They buy a sample of attractive items and then sell them at approx price and ship them and then get good feedback from those few After the stock is sold they ship nothing or some junk like me 2 They create fake feedback what is referred to as self certify e g they get goons to post positive crap

I placed and order and paid for it on 14th February 2024 I was given an order no but so far have received nothing I emailed them several times without reply DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Total scammers

I can t believe I didn t check the reviews before ordering Ordered over a month ago and I ve been emailing a lot and I never get a response I managed to message them on Facebook and I got response asking for the order number Unfortunately when I responded the message wouldn t send I tried several times it s as if they ve blocked me because I ve complained It s shame companies can hide behind the internet If this was a high street shop it would never happen and if it did at least you ve got somewhere to go Absolutely scammers I m sure my bank will process a charge back so I ll get my money back but it s not the point Once I have got my money back I ll be making sure their website goes offline so they can t continue to scam people

VERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered the carpenters set square that was supposed to be only 16 but with the postage soon turned into 22 I ve waited over a month They say my order is posted I ve received nothing Sent 4 emails with no correspondence Just read the one star reviews BE AWARE SCAM MERCHANTS

Ordered almost a month ago and still no goods Cannot find any communication to get in touch Will not use these people again

I wish I had googled the company before hand This is what it says Scam websiteRicife co uk operates as a scam website that pretends to be an online store selling various items at low prices However it is involved in fraudulent activities and aims to deceive customers by sending counterfeit or inferior products or not delivering anything at all I wonder how many folk simply forget they placed the order I hope my credit card company will reverse the charges

SCUMBAGS I ordered a set of the magic ink learn to write books and have never received any product or any type of confirmation etc but money has been taken Avoid this scam site
