Please tell me how I get a refund for this absolute piece of cr It is of an appalling quality it doesn t even have a Swiftopoly box to package it in it s arrived in a beaten up pizza box style brown cardboard box I am beyond disappointed this was to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter I m too embarrassed to give it to her I m actually too embarrassed to give it to my local charity shop

Please do not buy from this shambles of a company I had to open a dispute through Klarna because my goods didn t arrive and the company didn t respond to me After Klarna contacted them my order miraculously arrived What I received was of poor quality and I will never use this company again AVOID

Your delivery service is appalling why do you not advise customers you are not UK based and all items you sell have to be sent from China and your delivery agents charge your customers to know when the item will arrive This is gross misrepresentation and appalling customer service

Ordered the advent calendar jigsaw Wrong pieces in wrong boxes and 1 piece completely missing 2 emails to them asking them to rectify this and no response at all I d advise to stay clear of this company
