Would get five stars normally parts fitted properly as expected but delivery took nearly a week

The starter is good but the delivery was slow took 4 days to get to me as your web site said it would arrive in 2 days

be aware even though it says co uk

be aware even though it says co uk company is based in germany cheeky but all went well and parts arrived although due to distance did take longer than if a uk based company was used

Great parts at an excellent price

Great parts at an excellent price They were delivered quite quickly but as it was a co uk website we had presumed that it would be next day However they come from Germany which is fine but perhaps not as clearly stated as one would hope

Change courier please

Absolutely no issues with Ridex part was easy to order and was dispatched promptly I just wish they would use a different courier company Evri certainly in this area are awful - part sat longer in their depot than it took to order and dispatch from Ridex Frustrating

Rapid dispatch of MAF sensor

Rapid dispatch and well packed at an attractive price where the original was no longer available This purchase was triggered by an OBD2 MAF sensor fault code Identical in form and straightforward fitting the new sensor has not completely solved my rough running problems but perhaps it will in time when the ECU learns to work with it
