Bought a Pre Cat Ridex Lambda sensor

Bought a Pre Cat Ridex Lambda sensor for my Fiat 500X 1 6 tdi 120bhp from AUTODOCThe Ridex 3922L0388 lambda sensor is 10cm too short but AUTODOC confirmed compatibility is correctNot impressedUnable to contact Ridex on their contact form hsve no choice other than not use them again

Good mechanical parts bad electronic parts

I have good experience with Ridex mechanical parts such as springs and shock absorbers But bad experience with electronic parts I have bought an regulator 288R0002 and an temp sensor 3938E0018 They both fails after aprox 6 months The parts generated error codes and check engine light Both replaced with Bosch and Hella I first tried to give an review of the products on Autodoc but they refused to publish my bad experience even though they approved my warranty claim So I publish my experience here instead
