I bought from Autodoc Ridex Reman injectors 16613AA030 All injectors came with new grading codes for reprogramming One of them had 31 digit code instead of 30 digit and can not be programmed I sent email to ridex de but no answear yet

Ridex doesnt bother to answer when you have problems with their products and resellers Autodoc in this case The correct adapters for wipers for windshield missing i delivery from Autodoc Autodoc more or less didnt care they just nope we will not help you so I thought that Ridex would help but nope again They dont even answer my email Avoid them

I bought the rear calipers of this company The handbrake cannot be used otherwise the caliper will wedge I have already replaced a set of discs and pads because of this Ridex I don t recommend it

so i bought a Ridex fuel pump from Autodoc because the old one stopped working when i then installed the pump the fuel gauge showed empty and the fuel light was on at all times and i mounted it correctly there is only one way to install it btw and i am a trained mechanic but anyways that is not the biggest problem the pump only worked from 25 11 2021 to the morning of the 27 03 2022 where it stopped working full stop and there was plenty of fuel at all times so it had not sucked any air

this is a very bad company that produces low-quality products while they forced Trustpilot delete all my reviews Trustpilot requested proof of purchase of goods from Ridex and I provided them with documents - an invoice from where I always buy spare parts for my car Autodoc but Trustpilot is not enough and they need direct proof of purchase from Ridex which I do not have because I buy goods like millions of other people through Autodoc and as a result Ridex requested in order for my reviews to be deleted and as a result my reviews were all deleted despite the fact that I really bought goods and they are really of very poor low quality I do not recommend anyone to buy these Ride products and I will write negative reviews all the time until they stop deleting my reviews I will no longer recommend these parts to my friends for purchase I will also write a complaint to Ridex to Autodoc so that they will sort out this company it s terrible that Ridex is forced to delete negative reviews without having a real reason and at the same time they leave only positive reviews so that people see only positive reviews and think that the company has a good product although in fact this is not true it s all a lie and they don t have a good rating

I ordered 4 bobines to my car about 2 months ago when changed the first broke after 2 weeks and the second after less than 4 weeks Only 2 left but I wont order more from Ridex

Parts i bought do fit the car as OEM but the car is not drive-able with them atleast for me I bought a set of lower control arms and only after a few days they re already causing the car to drive more loudly when going through small bumps they also cause it to shake when applying low to moderate breaking pressure which wasn t the case when OEM parts were installed and because of that they cause more wear to other components like tires wheel bearings stabilizer rod possibly even breaks It s goood brand to maybe put on to resale the car or if you do not notice things like that but horrible for daily driver or if you want to drive a bit more dynamic Update Ridex you provided me with false email to which i can not send-Your email does not exist is unable to recieve mail Update 2 Ridex edited their comment to provide me with the email to which I can reply but I haven t heard back from them I also contacted them through their website same story Funny thing is that for replying and customer service they have no time but they went out of their way to report this review because it sheds bad light on their fresh little company

Poor quality parts 2 cylinders for an Audi A5 trunk ordered the first one broke after 6 months and the second will not be long Moreover I find it completely unfair to send a satisfaction email which sends to Trustpilot in the case of a positive evaluation but to a false email address when you wish to give a negative opinion
