Took about two weeks to arrive and the skirt is heavy and gorgeous - super comfy and one size has thick generous elastic Doesn t blow up in the wind The dress is a tiny bit big in the top but it s super comfy and nice quality and both skirts are amazing to twirl in

All the dresses I bought are beautiful good quality and the measurements are correct I loved them all and hope to buy more dresses soon the cuts are flattering my only drawback was the lack of bright colors such as hot pink bright purple etc
