Will never recommend to family n friends

When I first made contact with this company the young owner called me and dribbled on about how great his company is how careful they work and to make a long story short - I will not be disappointed giving them the job Firstly even though I mentioned that my load s not more than 25 cubic meter he came around with a vehicle with not more than 18 cm load I did not realise this initially He complained about how hard they were working - and trying to fit everything in I soon left them to it and started my journey to the destination of the household items some 238 km away - trusting that they will do as agreed As soon as he arrived to the destination he requested an additional amount in payment because he felt that he worked so hard I soon realised that he did not bring many of the heavist items from my home - complaining that they were too heavy Believe me it is normal house items and not unusal stuff like pianos and the like So i also had to pay an additional amount by moving the remainder of the items the next day When he arrived to the destination and after he got paid by Swish they continued to offload with items thrown about and some even upside down - with many items not put together like how it was initially taken Among everything the 4 legs of my coffee table went missing It was all just unbelievable I would rather pay more and go elsewhere well the final costs incurred here turned out to be more than other quotes
