Very disappointing
Order was confirmed it was on its way 11 12 20 by email Checked with customer service today 18 12 20 as it hasn t arrived Responses received were unhelpful No explanation could be offered other than the courier had not collected on the 11 12 20 Offered a refund or another order could be put through but would not be guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas Eve On Rituals website it confirms 19th December as final delivery date in time for Christmas so I confirmed with Tatiana I still have another day in hand Tatiana repeatedly explained that due to extreme demand this could not be guaranteed I said this should be removed from their website to help other customers as this is a false promise - I mean we are doing out best to deliver it on time I m just being honest and realistic with you was the response I received Patronising tone throughout the conversation - you are already doing a complaint with me dear Chloe Order has been cancelled due to poor service and unreliability and now I need to find an alternative so close to Christmas

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Horrendous experience with Rituals - I would not waste your time I have placed multiple orders with them over the last month as I have recently moved home and wanted to send gifts to the parties involved They have multiple faults on their website which subsequesntly meant I had to call them multiple times to get orders placed I have spent hours on the phone which I don t have time to do and two of the orders got lost It s embarassing to ask a person if they received the gift you sent when it s not meant to be expected It s a shame as the products are lovely If they actually sorted out the faults on their website it would be ok All they could offer me was a 5 gift voucher for my hours wasted I told them to not bother Pathethic

As a member of their rewards scheme I received an email promising me a free body scrub with my next purchase in store or online I ordered a click and collect from the Chelmsford store Upon arrival I was given the item I ordered but no free body scrub I showed the assistant the email and she scanned my membership card She then informed me that no gift was due and that perhaps I had already redeemed it I assured her I was not trying to steal a free gift and was entitled to the gift as per the email She got the manager who made things worse by telling me three times that the membership is free - I know - that the code isn t showing a gift - I know - and that regardless of the email I am not getting the freebie Appalling rudeness and accusations that I am dishonest Last time I m ever using this atrocious company

Still no order in sight
Placed my order on 1st March as an intended gift for Mothers Day Had to email on the 8th March because my order still hadn t been dispatched Got a track and trace code from customer service that same day don t know what would have happened to my order if I hadn t emailed customer service It s now been a week since my order was dispatched and the courier hasn t even received it Mother s Day was yesterday If I knew my order was going to take 2 weeks to arrive I would never have ordered from Rituals Incredibly poor service

Received products in an incredibly poorly packaged state and damaged as a result Items were not wrapped individually or with adequate voidfill to protect them during transit and as such they were just left to rattle around in the box Hardly a premium brand based on this alone Attempted to contact customer services to resolve the issue and over a week later with 2 attempts to contact made no response received Seemingly they want to ignore customers that have issues in the hopes they just give up and accept their poor service Have had to raise a chargeback due to the lack of any attempt to remedy the situation by the company Would recommend taking your business elsewhere if considering a purchase

Horrible user experience
Nice products but I don t know how can such popular and costly brand have such a horrible website Seriously I have tried to place an order for 40 Minutes and the website had so many bugs it would log me out or clear my shopping card just like that every 2 minutes I gave up without acchieving to place an order It s a pity
