Has anyone tried to take legal action against this company They steal personal data and publish it without permission which is a huge GDPR breach I have just requested them to remove my data immediately or I will definitely take legal action against them

Beware - RocketReach stole my data and sold it to other companies

Stumbled upon my profile on RocketReach and was shocked to discover all my personal data including personal phone numbers being sold to 3rd party companies I checked online and there s no way I listed this private information anywhere it s not on google The question is how did the company obtain this info other than steeling it from my personal account records

Terrible website steals personal data then publishes it publicly without permission Anybody can see your personal data and if you want more they will sell it to you They don t make it easy or allow you to remove information either This website should be taken down and should be illegal or what s the point of GDPR

Misrepresenting my business no permission refuse to remove it What a scam

Like most of the other reviews about this platform they have taken data and published it on their platform They ve taken incorrect data and even published two employee profiles without our permission So they are misrepresenting my business and when contacted they refuse to remove the data claiming they have every right to do so I have never run into a more unprofessional garbage listing platform until now This is ridiculous

Subscription is NOT really helpful

We started using RocketReach around the start of the year to add to our recruitment platforms At first we are very excited to use it since we were promised to get contact details phone numbers and emails for potential candidates Turns out most of it is not working or with no contact information at all The subscription is not cheap so when we decided that this is not really working for us we tried to cancel it but they refuse to give a refund

Data pirates who publish your details taken from a long deleted Linked In profile without permission They then refuse to remove it unless you provide government photo ID so they can basically steal your identity IMHO they should be shut down or even prosecuted Disgusting operation Amazing that with todays privacy laws they can get away with this Yuk

Unethical business practices Rocketreach automatically charges you in the future when you think you ve made a one-time purchase They refuse to refund and do not cancel your subscription timely Rocketreach offered a partial refund via subscription downgrade and then did not process the refund And then refused to process saying that your re-request wasn t timely Dishonest business Avoid

Signed up for this and found it was not suitable for what I needed I paid 53 for this and promptly unsubscribed once I realised the features did not fit my needs I did not use it asked for a refund even a partial one and was refused Very poor customer service Avoid if at all possible

I was contacted today with a Job opportunity despite having been in a retirement home for 12 years The agent said he got my email address from RocketReach My email is not listed with any legal recruitment agencies
