I somehow got charged for an annual

It s been alright if someone has been in their position for longer than a year Anything sooner than that the information is not been the best When I get the correct information I have yet to find away to update it I would think that is so important to make the information the most up to date as possible

I somehow got charged for an annual membership without being able to reverse it Then I m noticing that a number of your email searches produce expired emails There is one other search engine that verifies their email searches as current results But I m waiting until this annual membership with you expires before I forego the expense of signing up with them One thing I do like is that besides emails you provide social media connections in your searches

I just feel more could be offered

After using 2 or 3 times It starts pushing to get a paid version If that is the case why give any free trials and that also only for 2 or 3 times I won t be using it anymore There are websites who gives access for free to get information Thanks again And good luck with your sales strategy

Worked sometimes but not enough to continue subscription

I just feel more could be offered Searching for a name the results should be purely on the combination requested not on all those with the same first name or last name Searching by country would be easier if the UK and USA options were at the top of the page Results often offer yellow dotted answers How positive are they 50 50 or better

a lot of the info is outdated

I used this program as a back up for another program for getting work emails for prospecting It has its plusses and minuses in that many searches came up empty person found but not the email Also the email format function was hit or miss Many times when searching the listed formats were not correct

It s difficult to narrow the scope and

a lot of the info is outdated What might be a good idea is that if someone has a new and correct info that people can put it in Maybe with an additional color to indicate that this has been put in by a user and is not yet validated As soon as another user validates or multiple the color changes and the initial inserter of the info gets 1 credit back

Not sure no responses

It s difficult to narrow the scope and sometimes very difficult to enter and keep filters You may know how it works- which was the response from one of your tech people- but I don t know how it works and that s an issueIt s also difficult to transfer data to my spreadsheet Finally the variations on a name are incredibly silly Last week Jack Kent search brought back louis Kennedy and James Franklin Sometimes I just give up

Good piece of equipment but not to many errors

The truth is I can t really tell if the emails are accurate because I ve never had anyone respond to me The service certainly seems to be valid and accurate since I didn t get bouncebacks but I m not really sure if the recipients ever really got my emails because I never got any engagement from them Could just be me

Interesting Resource

Useful for obtaining contact details very inconsistent at times I get as many bounce backs due to wrong email address as I get successful With additional items and common sense it works but not a full package In my currently view it s not worth a paid subscription due to too many incorrect email addresses Has potential to be brilliant

Towards the end

Nice resource as a backup but don t count on correct information The information provided was unreliable most of the time Almost all of the emails bounced back I looked up the information for my company and 60 or more of the employees titles and e-mails were incorrect I wish there was a way to securely update information on this website
