It was ok but the generics emails counted as valid ones Also the price is too high

I would give 2 5 While rocketreach has a good database with accuracy i would say upto 40 or less over the profiles I searched a whole lot didn t have phone numbers listed or current The amount of probable emails is more than that of actual email ids But the customer service is the worst In order to try this search tool and its use to my work I paid to get the minimum plan of some 100 credits I wasn t aware its for a month honestly I may have overlooked that and focused on the credits and assumed that so long as I have credits which I was using very cautiously I am ok In the middle of my work I get locked out and No way to access my account and post that I get an email informing me my payment us due When I asked about my credits I am told they don t roll over which is in fine prints somewhere And upon asking them why no one even bothered once to send me one courtesy email a week or 2 days or watever time ahead of this lapse They don t even reply You get automated std emails I was looking Into renewing my subscription even with the 30 rateBut I now warn all who want to try this be very cautious n use ur credits within watever time Good luck

First off when it said added to my contacts I checked my contacts and it wasn t there You guys are the worst

Very poor site not useful Very length procedure and not getting what information required So I will not recommend this

Good experience but poor results The portal is excellent However the rate of emails obtained is very low at least for companies in Mexico

Most of the searches did not show workplace email addresses and most of those were speculative The overall results data base seems to be quite poor

A lot of the emails are not updated I feel I need to go through a lot in order to find someone and the interface is not as friendly as it can be

Way way way too expensive This company has grown in cost exponentially and even their most affordable option isn t feasible for many For the corporate elite it targets this is an excellent product But much like LinkedIn the fees to join are unnecessarily high The people putting their contact info on RR should pay higher fees and the average user should be free or minimal charge just like LinkedIn shills charge high rates for the corporations and hiring managers but should not charge the jobless anything or just a nominal charge Watch RR fall in line with other overpriced apps which stands to serve investors well On the flip side if you do pay for the service it is usually helpful although the multiple emails that it posts that don t work for an executive just need to be removed If RR knows it doesn t work don t include it

Your product is very easy to use and I really loved it But for my business the amount of searches we got was not nearly enough All of our searches were used within one day

You are too expensive Your service is great but out of reach for small businesses with the cost You also don t allow people to pay monthly Not everyone has a big chunk of money to pay yearly
