Don t get fooled

Service looks professional but the search engine is very poor You are looking for owners and suddenly you have a list of random people at random positions It s not convenient when you have to go through the list yourself because AI is failing I was a member for a month and had more than 100 credits so I thought I will stop membership as this amount of credits will last me for 3 months but as soon as the paid month ended they have taken all my credits So I paid 50 for 5 emails because that s many I have used up This service is overpriced and poor

Terrible program

Hi First of all I have not realized that buying look-ups is limited to 1-month so out of my purchased look-ups at least a half of them just disappeared which is frustrating At least could have given me a heads-up saying Hey you have still a lot of contacts to find Next I have tried to contact the people who I looked up and my email has reached incredible bounce rate quota Almost 50 this is how emails get into spam lists Thank you RocketReach you are really a terrible resource

Not very effective at finding accurate business emails

Not very effective at finding business email addresses I often have more success using firstname lastname company-com or firstinitial lastname company-com vs using RocketReach Don t really feel any motivation to provide real business addresses to RR - it is what I am paying RR to find for me Glad I did not buy an annual subscription

Not enough value for price

The service is okish The problem is that Rocket Reach is populated with a high percentage of personal emails rather than business emails The cost of Rocket Reach versus the hit rate doesn t stack up that well However it probably would work for us if we could buy smaller increments of credits i e we would just use rocket reach for finding contacts who are a priority

not nearly as many contact details as I had hoped if I am honest and a lot of the details were out of date I have been using Lusha which has been a lot more effective

Bad user experience

The experience is not that happy Rocketreach deducted my credits that i bought For example i have 100 credits left And i paused using it it left only 5 credits where did 95 credits go and some email address is not available

Don t forget to cancel your subscription

Rocketreach gets the job done but in typical manipulative SAAS fashion it tries to convince you to put your subscription on hold to lock the price in and then has another prompt of are you sure when you insist on cancelling instead of just letting you do it outright Their hope obviously is that you ll decide to put off the cancellation decision and put the account on hold then forget about Rocketreach altogether until you see unexpected charges on your card months later which of course are non-refundable To top it off the credits that you didn t even want also expire at the end of the month so you have to make sure to use them fast or you ll be left with nothing except for a credit card bill What a joke Great job milking your clients

Insanely Bad at Latin American Surnames

The platform hasn t bothered to localize for the second-most widely language spoken in the world I m going to say this one time in Spanish-language naming conventions the FIRST SURNAME IS MORE DEFINITIVE THAN THE SECOND SURNAME That means if you are looking for Juan Gonzalez Cortes s emails guessing Juan Cortes is going to get you nowhere Can t believe I paid 60 bucks for this At least stop docking our credits for these bunk results

Personal identifiable data published without consent what to do here

Hi I hope this will help those that found their personal identifiable data published by RocketReach without consent First send an email to their customer support asking for your PII to be removed stating of course that you didn t provide them any consent If after a month you didn t receive any response from them or your profile is still active and visible on a Web search start a formal complaint with the ICO

Customer support is lacking

We have been trying to contact customer support about the duplicate lookups and undeliverable emails we found on our account to receive a credit but they have been unresponsive for the last 3 weeks I have sent them spreadsheets highlighting the duplicates and the undeliverable email addresses What s more we hit the additional lookup limit that was not published anywhere on the website - additional lookups were 0 25ea but are limited to only 600 and that s not communicated before purchasing a plan
