Towards the end it seemed Rocket Reach was doing what my excel builder did Assuming most emails are first last Domain com Some of my Sales Reps took it more seriously than i did and added hundreds of emails as if they were proven They were not We had over 300 bounced back incorrect emails Free trial was not long enough for me to utilize everything the product holds

You should solve issues with Country zones

Information not very recent or precise in countries outside the USA

only about 60 of the emails turned out to be valid thats why I gave an average score

Often contact information is incorrect I have used similar products and they seem more reliable than RocketReach

Didn t have enough credits so stopped me fully doing my job but good tool

Lots of out dated or missing information Most of the time I had to do my own time consuming research to get the information I needed OR I had to call the organization to get emails

I found half the emails I got were valid useful emails the other half were personal gmail or outdated inaccurate The google app that searches emails based on what linkedin profile you re viewing was very efficient though

Was asked if I wanted to pause my rocketreach account for 3 months when I was looking to cancel since I wasn t using it much I thought it was fine to pause since my sales team was evaluating other tools at the same time and who knows if I would decide to continue after 3 months In the meantime my team decided against using any of such tools till next year at least To my horror I found myself being billed for a new month s subscription as rocketreach automatically unpaused my account To me that s absolutely unacceptable because they didn t inform me a few days before unpausing just in case I wanted to go ahead with cancelling instead of continuing It s an extremely sly practice so they can freely charge you a month or even more if you don t receive billing emails or don t check your credit card statement before you attempt to cancel again Long story short - NEVER EVER CHOOSE TO PAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT ALWAYS CANCEL IT P S Guess what Vlad s review from 11 May 2021 and a few others have highlighted the same issue9 Nov 2021 Edit I escalated the issue and made my displeasure known and support ended up refunding the subscription Appreciated but I m still not convinced that s the best way forward since auto unpause WITHOUT notifications does not seem like best practice at all 1 5 to 3 5 until they actually change such a malpractice imo
